Il Sole - The Sun (near)

The Sun, shot through a specific h-alpha solar telescope Lunt80ST, amplified by a Televue Powermate 2.5x for total 1600 mm focal lenght. Technique for high-resolution CCD camera, combining approximately 800 frames. The colors were artificially obtained by mapping the monochrome image on a gradient yellow / orange, to better highlight the details.

Il Sole ripreso attraverso uno strumento specifico, il telescopio solare h-alpha Lunt80ST, amplificato a 1600mm con una Televue Powermate 2,5x. Tecnica di ripresa in alta risoluzione con videocamera CCD, combinando circa 800 frames. I colori sono stati ottenuti artificialmente mappando l'immagine monocromatica su un gradiente giallo/arancio, per meglio evidenziare i dettagli.
